Currently BDC manages five data centers in Vilnius that comply with the strictest international information security assurance requirements. Information security management Standard ISO 27001 is complemented with requirements set for data centers infrastructure ANSI/TIA/EIA-942:2005 Telecommunications Infrastructure Standard for Data Centers and Uptime Institute Tier Classification System Standard TIER 2 certificate.
Regarding fundamental preconditions set in Tier 2, BDC data centers infrastructure covers: redundant electricity supply, redundant climate control system, redundant UPS modules and engine generators. In order to assure highest possible availability level of data centers resources, BDC uses duplicated network.
Every single component of data center and its supporting systems are designed and installed in a way to perform accordingly and to ensure availability and sustainability of data center resources.
