Together with data center and other IT services provided Baltic Data Center offers single point of contact for all Customer contacts - multi-lingual IT Service Desk, which operates 24x7 and is available for both local and international Customers. IT Service Desk operates 24 hours per day 7 days per week. It registers user requests and solves problems remotely during the first call. If there is no possibility to solve problems remotely our consultants delegate them to the specialists. This kind of IT management assures solid processes, efficiency and business continuity. All our IT Service Desk consultants are certified Microsoft and ITIL specialists, they hold a competence to cope with issues regarding IT infrastructure. Two years ago Baltic Data Center has upgraded the existing IT Service Desk system to new BMC Remedy based ITSM7 Suite solution that matches ITIL methodology. IT Service Desk system - ITSM Suite 7.0 and IT Discovery Suite from BMC Software provides Baltic Data Center with a flexible and future-proof infrastructure to support Customers and their business-critical processes. The new infrastructure is an investment in BDC's future growth and it supports the fast increasing number of our customers.
