Baltic Data Center aims to be the leading outsourcing partner in value-added IT management services for corporate customers in the Baltic region.  In December 2009 Baltic Data Center acquired one of the leading providers of web hosting services in Lithuania – Interdata. Interdata has a subsidiary Hosting.

In September 2010 Baltic Data Center acquired a 100 per cent stake in Internet services company Hostex.
