For convenience of its customers, Baltic Data Center has created Customer Area web portal. Customer Area provides a comprehensive information regarding services provided by Baltic Data Center. Web portal contains reports about services provided that includes: incidents statistics, SLA applicability reports, System availability reports, server performance reports and individual reports provided upon customer's request.

The new service enables Baltic Data Center customers to monitor and evaluate company's performance and save the time dedicated to receive reports. From now on customer has to know only one internet address (www.bdc.lt/en) to reach all the information necessary regarding services provided. This portal is a possibility to develop cooperation and performance within Baltic Data Center and its Customers.
