Baltic Data Center's IT Service desk is one of the largest in Baltic region. 24 hours per day, 7 days per week our IS consultants are handling calls and emails from Customer's users concerning their computer hardware and software problems, orders and requests according to the service processes set in advance with the Customer. Each request is registered and, if possible, the problem is solved by providing the employee with support by telephone or email. If such possibility does not exist, the request is forwarded to respective specialists.

IT Service Desk will enable your IT specialists to solve the problems and incident more efficient, because all the requests will be handled centralized while change request is filtered and delegated by qualified selection.

Our IT Service Desk consultants are ITIL and Microsoft specialists, which means, that they are competent to solve incidents occurred remotely and in a short notice.
